Tap a writing area and switch to the KeyVox keyboard.

Tap the Speak key on the keyboard to open the answer in KeyVox.

Play, pause, or stop while KeyVox reads the answer aloud.
Set Up Speak Once
KeyVox offers up to eight on-device voices. Speak includes two free new readings each day. Its optional unlimited unlock is a separate one-time purchase.
- Open KeyVox on your iPhone and start the Speak setup.
- Finish the one-time Speak download and choose a voice while you are online.
- Choose the voice you want KeyVox to use for copied text.
- If you want to start Speak from the keyboard, add the KeyVox keyboard and turn on Full Access.

Can KeyVox read a Claude response aloud?
Yes. The workflow is app-independent: copy Claude’s response, open the KeyVox keyboard, and tap Speak.
Does KeyVox Speak need the internet?
You only need the internet for the one-time Speak and voice downloads. After setup, copied text is turned into speech on your iPhone with no cloud dependency.
Can I replay the last answer without using another free reading?
Yes. KeyVox saves the latest completed playback locally on your iPhone, and replay does not use another free reading.
Do I have to use the KeyVox keyboard?
No. You can start Speak from the main KeyVox app, the Share menu, or an iPhone shortcut instead.
