Yes. After the initial speech-model download, KeyVox can record and turn your speech into text on your Mac or iPhone without an internet connection.
You still need a connection for downloads, updates, App Store purchases, and iCloud sync. Everyday dictation itself can keep working offline.

Set it up before you disconnect
KeyVox downloads what it needs ahead of time instead of sending each recording away when you speak. Once the download is ready, ordinary dictation can continue without an internet connection.
Before a flight, trip, or poor-connection day, complete one real dictation on every device you plan to use. If you also want Vibes or Speak, install those optional features and try them once too.
What Still Needs the Internet
- A missing or incomplete model download must be finished online.
- Dictionary changes made on one offline device will not reach another device until iCloud synchronization can resume.
- App Store purchases and restoration may be unavailable without network access.
- An app you dictate into may use its own internet connection after KeyVox places the text there.
